Washington D.C.

I will be in Washington, D.C. this week for a variety of meetings on Capitol Hill, K Street and a variety of Energy Organizations.  Energy Policy, Thorium and the Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactor will be the topic of discussion.  Cheap plentiful energy is the single correlates with economic growth more than any other factor.

Did anything come from the meetings in Washington? Recently (Jun 5, 2013) I was listening to a call-in show on WAMU featuring the enery options facing the nation. I had sent in a question by email regarind thorium, but then a caller got through to ask former Gov. Whitman about thorium and she offered that while not an expert, she knew there was research being done on alternative energy supplies.

Even if the technology was 100% ready, we still ought to have government participation in research and accelerated programs to highlight this possible source of energy.

Please keep updating the site and thank you for all of your efforts.
