The actual article just states the case, but the comments and links to other articles filled with joy at nuclear troubles are a different matter.
For folk who reckon that we are just about to run out of other fuel they seem to have peculiar perceptions of relative risks, as not being able to power agriculture and so on might prove inconvenient.
Of course in reality it will just mean increased fossil fuel burn, when renewables once again can't do the job.

I haven't yet looked at the links in detail, but there are claims there of increasing temperatures in the reactors.

And here is the link to Steve of Virginia's critique of events, which claims that the rise in temperature may be due to re-criticality.
