I think I saw >50% for the sulfur-iodine process, so I can believe 43%-50% for copper chlorine.

That would make electricity about as expensive as hydrogen (or hydrocarbons) per KWh. Electricity is superior in most ways, apart from storage, so it would favour everything moving to plug-in hybrids, running mostly on electricity, with more expensive hydrocarbons for extended range.

A bit like the current situation - though in Europe partly due to tax on vehicle fuel.
