Quick comment on startup fissile for IFR: quoting two different ¶s with discrepant numbers,

2. &quot;Why does it only take one tonne of uranium-233 to start a thorium reactor but it takes 10-15 tonnes of Pu...&quot;

Kirk, I remember David saying something like 8-18 t for Fast but only ~0.45 t for tube-in-tube LFTR – what a fantastic contrast !!</description>
