MSR Transmutation Scenario for the Nuclear Phase Out

Let us hope that Germans are able to build an MSFR. They could use the heat produced to produce power. Even if designed as a net fissile burner, quite a lot of power can be produced. Of course, their Greens, who have banned nuclear power will not let them do it.
On the optimistic end, The Chinese or the Russians could let them do it in their area.

German political situation is sure depressing. Where would you expect to find the safest, best-designed reactors in the World ... I would have said Germany. All that ability wasted.

The Chinese have an active MSR program. The only probability of a useful MSR is in China.
